I like the floor plan & the amenities of my apartment. Especially because of the COVID situation, having a washer & dryer inside the unit is a big plus. I also like having the new kitchen appliances. When I need maintenance done, the response time is quick & I appreciate the maintenance crew coming to do the work when I am able to be at the apartment. The office staff is also first-rate & helpful about any questions I may have.

I love the cleanliness, and security of the grounds. No issues with noise from other residents. I also use, and enjoy, the local cardio fitness room, right on my floor. The leasing experience was a pleasure. Aurelia Ferrer went above and beyond and I really appreciate her attention to detail, especially to parking, facility locations, and moving truck access.

Terraces at Paseo Colorado is the place to be. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and retail shops, very secure apartment units and with top-notch people from the leasing office who take good care of the residents. Patricia was exceptionally helpful, professional and yet very warm. She answered all our questions patiently and made our move-in seamless. Aurelia is also always ready to help, provide information and no request is too small to deserve attention down to the printing of a personal document and having it delivered to our unit, more than what a 5-star hotel service can give! The common areas are kept spotlessly clean and the maintenance staff are very courteous and prompt. We are definitely happy campers here at Paseo Colorado!

Having been raised in Pasadena, Living in the Terraces has been a dream of mine since I was young. To finally have fulfilled my dream of living in this gorgeous community has made me excited to wakeup every morning. Gorgeous views, amazing infrastructure, and the kind hearted staff are only a few of my favorite aspects. Everything is within reach, from retail shopping to incredible cuisine and more. I know I made the right choice living in the Terraces at Paseo, and would happily make the same choice again.
